The above link takes you to a national Scholarship America website. Once there you will build a candidate profile online. At some point in January, the actual Henryville Scholarships will be available for you to apply to them. This national website will also allow you to apply for other scholarships that are not sponsored locally. There will not be a paper application this year, it will all be done online.
